Bushnell Elite 3200 let down

Thought I would share my pain.
For two years I've had a 3200 Elite 10x40 scope on my .223 and I put it very briefly on my 300wsm, then back on my .223 again.
Was unable to get it zero'ed after two attempts and took it to a gunsmith who said (as I suspected) that the windage adjustment wasn't happening anymore when the turrets were turned.
What a letdown! I've been praising this scope for a long time to anyone that would listen and now this.
Next step is to test the Bushnell warranty by shipping it to them. I would be thrilled if they treat me well and just send me a new one as I do still like the scope.

You will have no trouble with the warranty just the long wait to get your work processed. I have heard that if you are some what of a pain in the butt your scope may be returned to you sooner than 4 months. FS

Good to hear. I'll be sending it off on Monday first thing. At least you can send it somewhere in Canada as opposed to the US from what I see online, and there's a tracking system and even contact email/phone numbers to "inquire" as often as I like to.
