You don't. You need to apply for access (to post and view adverts). When you have that maybe a moderator will move it for you, or they may tell you to just create a new post there and they'll lock or delete this thread.

Look for the link above "Rules & FAQs" Click that and look through them, you'll find instructions for getting access to the Equipment Exchange (EE). Happy shopping.
