Ive got a 10/22 and wanted to get a real rimfire scope so i bought a
bushnell 3-9x32 scope. I found it to be very fuzzy at anything under 35 yrds.
Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it just a piece of junk?

I know some will say its kind of sissy to use a scope at those ranges but a friend and myself have bench rest cricket competitions in the summer.
Gotta find fun things to do with them eh?...lol

I had a banner which was very clear at any range but it made the see through mount a little pointless.

You might have better luck with either:
a) a better quality scope and/or
b) a scope with an adjustable objective.

I am not sure if the fuzziness you are describing are a function of parallax or bad optics but if you want to have kricket-killing-kompetitions, best to get a decent scope with decent mounts :D You can get a Bushnell Banner 4-12x40 AO for $120 from Wholesale and I think that would be a huge step up from your current optics setup. Then again, thousands (maybe millions) of 22lr shooters get away with much less - comes down to what you want to spend for its intended purpose.

Like i said i got the 32mm rimfire scope because its paralx setting is at 50 yrds.
I use a kwiksite see through mount. So I dont want a large bell with A/0.
A large bell up front will does not provied an adequate sight picture.
I had another bushnell that was a 40 with no A/0 and it was much clearer under 40 yrds...So im asking those who have one of these scopes if they find theirs fuzzy too....Or who actually makes a good RF scope.

did you remove the lens covers? lol had to ask i have one on each of my 22lrs and they both seem fine you may need to focus your ocular lens and there may be some smuidgeing or oils on one or both lens' i know when i first bought mine there was some light oil leaking from the ends when i tipped it vertical for any more then 1 min try focusing the lenses and giving them a good wipe down and see how it goes

I have two of those scopes on my rimfire savages. You won't find more scope for the money. I'm buying a third for my new .22lr as well. Crystal Clear.
