It is just sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I purchased it about 2 years ago. Brand new in an unscathed box. Never used. Seems to be a nice light handy little unit. I just want a ballpark reasonable price to ask before I list it on EE. Thanks!

Company literature:

The BUSHNELL Scout 1000 ARC Laser Rangefinder, Camo (201942) is a small, accurate instrument for measuring distances at the golf course, in the woods, or at a firing range. It provides accurate distance measurement from 5 to 1,000 yards with plus or minus one yard accuracy.

Scout 1000 with Angle Range Compensation (ARC) figures distance based on terrain angle to give you accurate "shoot-like" distance. Extreme up- and downhill angles alter true horizontal distance to your target. ARC accounts for the terrain angle when calculating distance, so you know precisely how to shoot the range. No guesswork. Just backstraps.

Rifle Mode tells you where to hold. When you range your target, an inclinometer displays the angle and provides bullet-drop/holdover in inches (up to 199) from 100 to 800 yards. Bow Mode provides true horizontal distance from 5 to 99 yards based on angle. With selectable Bow and Rifle Modes, this laser range finder Bushnell has the same capability some competitors need to split into two separate units.

Scan Mode continuously updated LCD display of the distance between you and your target. BullsEye Mode acquires the distances of small targets and game without inadvertently measuring background target distances. When more than one object is acquired, the closer of the two objects is shown on the LCD display. Brush Mode ignores the foreground, such as brush, boulders and tree branches, and provides distances on the LCD display to background objects only.

The Bushnell Scout 1000 ARC Laser Rangefinder features a RainGuard HD water-repellent lens coating. Thanks to RainGuard, a wet lens or a misguided breath that would fog conventional glass will never cost you a view. This patented, permanent, water-repellent coating causes moisture from rain, snow, sleet and condensation to bead up and scatter less light, so you get a clear, bright view when other optics would be rendered useless.

The Scout 1000 is lightweight and super-compact. Only 6.8 oz., but it packs a heavyweight punch of hunting performance. It's simple to use, loaded with ballistic capability, rainproof and small enough to fit in your shirt pocket."
