Last year I sent in an Elite 3200 variable to the CDN depot. Although I had bought the scope as "used", which I told them, it was a very recent model and in like new condition without a mark on it.
Sent it in early August.
Sent them an email in late August, to see if they received and how long. Replied yes, but extremely busy time of year, could be about 6 to 8 weeks. Shortly after, in early September, I got their receipt notification card in mail, with tracking #.
On the down side, sent them another friendly email reminder/inquiry in December.
On the plus side: They apologized for delay, and said they'd get right on it. The scope showed up in the mail shortly thereafter.
It had been repaired (erector came loose), reset to zero, and spotlessly cleaned.
All covered by warranty.
On their website they mention a $10 handling fee, which showed up on the packing slip, which I sent them a cheque for, which they never deposited.
I'm a happy enough camper with that.
As for their Elite series scopes, probably some of the most underrated optics out there. Excellent quality, IMHO. Recommend to anyone.
