Bushnell service

Bushnell does make some decent scopes but heaven forbid something goes South on you. For that reason I only buy Vortex and the odd Leupold. Ive used the warranty on both Vortex and Leupold and couldnt be happier with customer service and turn around time.

Cheers!!

This pretty much sums up Bushnell's warranty service. Buy a Leupold or from any other company that stands behind their products and don't look back.

Had no problem at all.
Within about 2 weeks of sending a scope for repair, I got a card in the mail with a unique tracking number. (Basically a ref# to sue when communicating with them.) Gave them a month or so, then called (oh, you can check status on-line) as no status updates showed up. Talked to a nice fellow who said he would get to it within the next week or so True to his word, they sent me a NEW scope about 2 weeks after that

Just got an email yesterday saying they got my scope, but I forgot to put my mailing address with it. Could have sworn I wrote it on the same page with description of problem, but hey anything is possible. I emailed back my address and am now waiting to see how long before I get back my repaired scope or a new one. So far it's only been 4 weeks.

So far it has been 4 weeks to get teh card and a week of nothing. Still waiting. This is for as scope that broke after 2 trips to the range.

AH ! the quality of Bushnell they may as well give away their lower end scopes because they're crappppppp !!!!! My problem was with an old Scopechief their top end at the time....bought it new, on the same gun all it's life, then the magnification ring buggered up..I guess they had no parts for a repair so they sent it back saying it had been dropped ( not a chance) so screw them and their lifetime warranty its Leupold or open sights for me..........I prefer the leupold eyes arn't what they used to be !!!!

Update! I got my 3200 back today in the mail! I guess that's about 2 months between the day it left and the day I got it back. Not too terrible all in all.

Bushnell repair center is really slow and is it just me or do they try and replace a scope for a cost instead of fixing the problem under warranty.

Needed temples for the Ray-Ban(owned by Bushnell at the time) shooting glasses I used to wear. Took 'em several months, forget if it was 3 or 6 months, to send me the wrong side. Probably should have just gone to a local optician.
