If you have any first-hand knowledge of Bushnell Trophy 1x28 or 1x26 30mm tube Bushnell Red-Dots, could you please state your experience about its optical quality, durability, keeping its zero, battery life, etc., AND would you buy one again (whilst bearing in mind it is "only" a $100.00 scope... .) Why? Well, simple curiosity - there seems to be very few user reports available on this "poor-man's Aimpoint..."

I owned one and liked it alot. I had it mounted on my cantilever rifled barrel. I sold it with my Remington 870. Their quality defies their price.

For the money I think they are a great scope. I had 2 mounted on shotguns and they have worked great for me. For the money you can't go wrong IMO. Great for early morning and late evening hunts.

Thank you for the replies, gentlemen... and keep them coming. Again, first-hand experiences regarding optical quality, function, and reliability are greatly appreciated...

FWIW, these do show up in the EE, and I have always wondered if it has been just a "phase" in someone's gun ownership, or do they start going "wonky" after a few rounds...
