Well after reading some posts on here about crappy Bushnell service I decided to see for myself, I had a Bushnell sentry spotting scope that would no longer focus, and a tasco 6-24x40 scope that the inner front lens came lose in. wrapped them up in one box and shipped it off to their warranty dept(nov7) with a friendly letter tucked inside. Never heard anything for a month, contacted them a couple times to no avail but then on dec 16 puralator drops off 2 big boxes on my step one contained a new tasco 6-24 x40 scope and the other a new sentry spotter complete with case and tripod. I cant say service was out standing because of lack of communication but in the end they replaced my broken stuff with new stuff so I'm happy.
