Well after reading some posts on here about crappy Bushnell service I decided to see for myself, I had a Bushnell sentry spotting scope that would no longer focus, and a tasco 6-24x40 scope that the inner front lens came lose in. wrapped them up in one box and shipped it off to their warranty dept(nov7) with a friendly letter tucked inside. Never heard anything for a month, contacted them a couple times to no avail but then on dec 16 puralator drops off 2 big boxes on my step one contained a new tasco 6-24 x40 scope and the other a new sentry spotter complete with case and tripod. I cant say service was out standing because of lack of communication but in the end they replaced my broken stuff with new stuff so I'm happy.:)

I just had an experience with them today. My "elite" rifle scope had a focus issue and I live close enough to the repair depot that I was able to drop by. I walked in to the tiny repair centre office, an employee wandered out and took my scope and problem description into the back. 15 minutes later he reappeared with a brand new scope, handed it to me and I was on my way.

Decent experience, couldn't complain.

I tried to send a Tasco scope back once but gave up.I am very hard of hearing and can not understand certain people from far off countrys on a phone as it is hard to read their lips for some reason. By the time I found the address by different means I couldn't send it back anymore. Owell. I sent a Bushnell scope back years ago due to the ring for changing powers levels not working and they sent me a new scope for $35 bucks which included postage so I was happy as I had bought it at a gun show used.

I've never had an issue with them. They are usually happy to just replace something if it's under warranty.

Bushnell SUCKS for there customer warrenty BS.
Sorry I know alot of people like them but not this cat.
