I hear bushnell has moved from Richmond Hill to Vaughn. True? Is it still required to send $10 in with your scope to cover return shipping?Thanks

Check Canada Post's website. Their CEO's mother lives in Vaughn so any business or private individual located there gets free shipping of anything anywhere. So no need to send Bushnell $10 with your repair jobs.
