Have two rimfire 3-9x 32mm scopes that include the mounts, screws for rings in both somewhere between metric & standard - not fit an allan key in the way that would allow tightening without stripping.

Called up Bushnell, asked them to just ship me other screws as these seemed to have a QC issue rather than having to package scopes, ship them, wait, ship scopes back... so are now just sending two complete sets of rings - thought that was pretty descent.

Less than two minutes to talk to a live person, another two minutes to get issue resolved - all good.

Last month I sent in a scope that was having tracking problems. They sent me a new scope. It took about 4 weeks for the complete turn around. It was a good experience if you don't count having to get the unit repaired in the first place - 3200 10x40.

My Mini destroyed the reticle in a 2 year old 2-7 Bushbell Legend. I talked to Wholesale who I bought it from they talked to Bushnell and told me to come in a pick up a replacement scope. Very painless although it helps to know someone at Wholesale :D

I sent them my red dot for repair and was worried that I had not received anything from after about two weeks. I sent them an E-mail to which they promptly responded. I got a brand new unit in the mail about two weeks after that. Pretty sweet if you ask me. I am sold on Bushnell products.

I have only had 1 experience with Bushnell and they were fantastic. Went way above and beyond, upgrading me when the didn't have to. All I heard about when scope shopping was how good Leupold service was and how bad Bushnell was. Bushnell was fantastic to me, so I got a 6500.
