I sent my 30 year old 6x20x40 sportview in for repair. It wasn't consistent zero.
I did all the paper work and sent the return $ check for return shipping. I informed them this scope was going on a 22 for a project. I didn't here back from them as to the cost of the repair. 4 weeks later I have a package in the mail from bushnell. I was thinking they sent my scope back saying it was not repairable.
Open the box and they sent abrand new scope back. A banner 6x24 x40.
Service over and above what I was expecting. Well done bushnell

it showed up in my mailbox in 4 days. I had to send a scope back for service(my fault not Bushnell)a year ago, they took care of it right away with no bs, no charge. Got it back in a total of 10 days including the 3 days it took to get to them. Very impressed to say the least. When I am in the market for optical related products, I will definitely consider Bushnell. Matter of fact, I've just bought their tactical spotter LMSS after looking at Zeiss, and Razor. Very happy with it so far.
