I noticed you have to ship to Utah now. No more East Vancouver, going back a few years. Is there any problems with either mailing or customs. I live near the border, but I suspect there maybe some trouble crossing to mail it. It's a new 4200 ( a left over)and the tracking is a long ways off. I can't sight in. I have others and they have been been good. I used it for load development where if it's somewhere on paper, that's close enough. The load had two touching and I pulled the third one, it was 1/2" off. So It's neither the rifle nor load. The caliber is a 6.5mm RM, just 270 kick.
