I had a Bushnell 4200 scope fog up on me this fall. I shipped it back to Bushnell and they sent me a replacement exactly two weeks to the day from the time I shipped it. My particular scope was not in production anymore so they upgraded my scope to a similar but more expensive model. I have to say I am impressed with their warranty service in this case.

I had an old 1.5x4.5 x20 Scope chief tht seized up and zi was unable to adjust the power setting. I returned it explaining the problem and received a 3200 1.5x4.5 x32 with firefox recticle within 3 weeks at no charge. great service!! and product

I have some Tropy binos wich I take on hard rides, on wich I was missing a rubber eyecup. That's and old model around 2000/2002 but they offered me to send a replacement in, no charge. Replies were within minutes of the original request....
that's real great service. Glad they get back to their ol'reputation.

This is good to know
I have 3 Bushnells, two 3200 and a TrophyXL.
Haven't had any trouble with them, good scopes
Good customer service too apparently!

I used to manage that department at Bushnell in Canada. We always tried to satisfy customer returns/repairs/warranty as fast as possible and tried the best to have satisified customers, it's a small department with only a few skilled techs, so it's nice to see they are still working hard to support users of their products. Warranty and repair is a tough service to manage, you can't please all the people all of the time, nice to see they are trying hard.

I had a 3200 3-9x40 that seized up, I took it into there office and they gave me a new one on the spot!!! great service

Last year I had a brand new 4200 3-9 x 40 that froze internally. Sent it off and it was 4 months to get a replacement, I was calling in monthly! Terrible service has made me swear off of their products. I spent $400 of my hard earned cash on a scope that froze up internally as soon as it got cold out. I had to make do all season and worry about keeping my rifle warm.
Hopefully Bushnell canada reacted to all the complaints that people posted here earlier this year. It would have been simple to see that my scope was pooched and drop a new one in the mail in a week rather than 3.5 months. They would have retained a customer but more importantly an advocate who now warns other hunters of the expierence...
