Bushnell warranty???

So I filled out warranty claim online and it said someone would contact me within 24 hours, 8 days later nothing, I called and was told by a computer that someone call by the end of the day, 3 days later nothing wtf?

Mine was denied. ‘Lifetime’ is their definition and it varies by product.
I will not be buying Bushnell again.
Hopefully yours is a better experience

I had no issue, did not carry my scope anymore so they replaced it with a better one.
