I sent in my Elite 3200, 3-9x40, included photos of fogged lense to show problem and cheque for 10.00 handling fee. Also sent some nice hunting photos with their products in the pictures:
March 25 Bushnell signs receiving parcell.
April 23 Cheque for $10 handling fee cashed.
April 24 I receive Bushnell acknowledgement card acknowledging they received product April 17

April 24 to July 8 web site says "received, hold for inspection".
July 9 I send Bushnell an e mail asking what is taking so long and if I should purchase another scope for hunting season

July 12 Bushnell sends e mail in response to mine advising me they will move product to technicians bench

July 17 Website says "preparing to ship"
July 20 website says "product shipped"
July 24 I receive my scope with all my pictures returned. There is one sticker in the box for some unknown product I have never heard of.
Soo.. In my case it took exactly 4 months.
I believe it would have taken even longer if I had not e mailed them looking for my scope.
Very unfortunate they have such poor warranty service.
