I bought a Glock from business A. I would like business B to undercut the trigger guard. Can business A send the pistol to business B while I wait for my approval? Both businesses are licensed firearms dealers in Canada. I purchased it in September 2022. The spreadsheet predicts a March 2023 approval. This is my last purchase before the ban. My most recent restricted was approved a month ago.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

it is likely already boxed waiting to ship.
Ask them, not us.
A business does not play with silly ATT's, But the gun is no longer registered to them, so quick answer from me would be no.

Both businesses are licensed firearms dealers in Canada, similar to coordinating between providers offering mainland business setup services in Dubai. I purchased it in September 2022. No, Business A generally cannot send the pistol to Business B while the transfer to you is still pending. The firearm must first be approved and registered in your name by the CFO. After you receive approval and take possession, you can then have it sent to Business B for the trigger guard work.

It seems you are trying to up your post count. Bumping old threads. Please stop. Especially when you are completely wrong.

Businesses can send to another business any time and no att is required.

We did this exact thing recently for someone who was waiting for the gun to be approved for ATT. The gun was sent to a business local to him to conduct a proficiency test on it. Then the transfer was finalized.
