Hey all, I was looking at scopes at the store the other day, and seen a Bushnell Tactical 6X25-50mm (I think, I could be wrong looked at so many that day) It looked like a really nice scope, it had side focus on it and target turrets. But anywho, does anyone have one of these? How well do they preform? The price if I remember was $795.

Nice scope, great optics, solid construction and very clear, it is sort of patterned after the original B&L Tactical 10X with the same knobs and 30mm main tube, but the current variable has only 50MOA.

Great scopes and worth the $$$.

I have one ,but have not put it on the rifle yet . Have heard nothing but good things about them though .
My wife got it for me , it was $772 to the door from WSS

Bushnell Elite scopes are very good but take a look at the Meopta Meostar R1 4-16X44 Tactical from Eurooptics or the Zeiss 6.5-20x50 both sub $800 scopes and very much worth every penny.

I would like to know where I could find that Zeiss 6.5-20x50 for under $800, I can only find them for $1100 and up , also only has the 1" tube as well .
I do like the 30mm tube my self

I don't think Cameraland will ship scopes to Canada

Well, he certainly has in the past. - dan

Right from their website:

Note: Orders for demo products are subject to availablility
Rifle Scopes CANNOT be shipped outside the US.

Scopes require Export permits from the U.S. Commerce Dept in order to be legally shipped out of the U.S.

Those who had scopes shipped up here probably had the proper U.S. paperwork..........

Speak to Alex directly at Euro optics, they ship to the UK so I shouldn't see any dramas shipping to Canada, he is a good guy too!

I just received a Zeiss for a friend and a Meopta Meostar for myself, it took 5 days in total from the US and he sends the tracking no.

Hi BCboy,

Sorry for the late reply. If you go to www.eurooptic.com they are 750 US $ for the Plex model and $800 for the mildot.

I was going to suggest EuroOptic as well. I got my NF from Alex and he was absolutely AWESOME to deal with. Just get your paperwork and fax it to him. He will do the rest.

Don't forget to pay by MO as he has a 4% charge for CC transactions.

Best thing is that he doesn't charge extra to get the paperwork. Some others charge from $75-$100 to do that.

I am just curious about one thing. AT the Europtics website they say that the Night Force scopes cannot be exported. This is taken from their home page under Announcements: Large inventory of Nightforce. ***Sorry, NO NIGHTFORCE EXPORTS*** Zero stop and MRAD turrets in stock

Is this a recent thing or what? Or is that what you meant by him doing the paperwork?

I am currently running the Bushnell 3200 Elite 5-15 X 40 Turret knob little brother of that scope and if its anything like mine then its a nice scope. To be fair this is the first scope ive ever owned but after looking at other scopes in this price range it offered the best bang for the buck in my case.

* the optics are nice and clear (sure you can get better but you pay like crazy)
* Solid construction
* Mil-dot reticle
* Turret knobs
* holding zero fine with .308 shooting

The only thing that kind of sucks is the amount of MOA adjustment on it. Mind you this is a small problem considering you can always just get a 20MOA rail to mount the scope on.

Overall I cant complain :D

Cheers
