Butcher in N Edmonton?

We do it ourselves and save thousands each year, but short of that try Sandy Lane Meats in the west end. He makes high quality stuff, but he's not cheap.

Coronado Meats, North of Gibbons. Call and see if he has room and time. With hunting season going, he wants the stuff in clean, and picked up and out ASAP. Dunno if he's taking new customers or not.
I really like the sausage he makes!
Not cheap either.

Cheers

Never yet met a good one in Edmonton. Quite a few ripoff artists that labelled bundles of bones as "Siroin" and "Roast" and still charged full price.

I cant remember the name of the store but its located on Ft. Road by 66 Street. We buy our spices and casing there when we are in Edmonton. Couldnt tell you anything about them though in their wid game processing...but Iseen alot of game coing in there. I know I have tried their samples - GOOD !!

pick up a phone book!

Make sure you never leave the Rock with that attitude... comment like that is like a :kickInTheNuts:

The guy was asking for some honest local help..in which you are neither of the two!!

exactly... sucks to get meat back covered in hair, and its nice ot hear of other peoples good experiences.

I use the Butchers Bus out on hwy14 just east of hwy 21, its different, but he cuts meat like wow, never one hair have i seen on the fisnished product, and he has soooo many different types of sausages, and specialty stuff he can make with your wild game. My favs are Hawiian Smokies and Kubi-dogs

There is a meat store in Beverly (N Edmonton) that made up sausages/pepperoni for me, it was well done and the price was pretty decent but I haven't gone there in a couple of years since I started butchering my own meat.

Widynowsky on 118 Ave make great sausage. They don't process your meat, you will have to take in what you want made into sausage. I took some into Love's last fall and it is the worst stuff i ever had.
