Butler Creek scope flip up caps? Where to buy?

I need a weird fit of an 18 for the eyepiece and 51 for the objective (56mm) was wondering who stocked them? Brownells doesnt have the right size in stock, Butler wont ship to Canada. Cabelas didnt have them. Anywhere else to try? I emailed PD but was wondering if theres others to try to? Thanks
