It's a highly popular item that has been readily available for sale in Canada for the last ~30 years. My seven year old bought a Butler Creek steel lips with a Canadian Tire gift card a few weeks ago. If all of a sudden these items have become a public safety concern and only the authorities know about it, wouldn't the authorities be obligated to tell us about the horrors that await society if these keep on being sold and the proper procedures for disposing of them? Other than that I see no reason to change what people have been doing for the last 30 years. We certainly have not seen any cataclysm caused by a 25 round Butler Creek magazine.

If the case were that these mags are now arbitrarily prohibited, retailers should file a lawsuit for the monetary loss this prohibition decision brought upon them. This would go rather nicely with the lawsuit Tony Bernardo is preparing.

No offence taken. Your name is weasel someone said is this Trudeau it's called humour. Calm down. I don't think you need to police the forums, mods can handle that and dealers who pay a pretty penny to post, can and are still posting them and I'm sure they will receive communication from the mods if and when they shouldn't. The memo is horse#### rolled out to one or two divisions in the entire country and has no law to back it up. Don't 'almost' go do it. Lots for sale and you can write come and take it down that banana clip.

Letters sent, big retailers starting to get involved, other big retailers still pumping them out the door, everyone needs to calm down and craft a concise, factual paragraphs and send it off to those who matter
