Will be travel to U.S soon. I'm wondering, is it legal to buy Magpul MBUS, BAD, RAS in U.S and bring back to Canada? I know it's illegal to export any major AR15 parts, upper, lower but not sure about small stuffs. Tried search but couldn't find anything.

Some items that are considered dual use and under the $100 wholesale value are okay.
I would however not take the chance.
RAS is a definite no - and with the number of fakes out there, I would strongly buying items direct from the dealer/distrubutor in Canada (not just KAC stuff but a lot of other stuff is getting knocked off now too).

Many Magpul products can be legally exported from the US by a licenced US exporter, using the under US$100 exemption. Over $100, or specifically controlled parts require the licenced exporter to obtain an export permit for the shipment.
