I've never dealt with Cafe Press before and somebody mentioned to me that it is American...is this a US based site? Prices in US dollars? Shipping cost to Canada? Somebody mentioned UPS...what about their brokerage fees if its going cross border?

If they're shipping via USPS, there shouldn't be any problems...UPS, I'd expect to see another brokerage fee for around $30-$35...UPS sucks cross-border!
