Buying a 90's Smith and Wesson Semi Auto?

Are there any of the older metal semi auto models Smith and Wessons floating around the used market in Canada?

Everywhere I look it seems like the only options are their new polymer stuff, or old revolvers. Would I have to import from the USA?

Smith and Wesson have several all metal semi autos in their current line of production.
You can get, for instance, a brand new 1911 E series in .45 auto

Biggest problem is most of the 9's had 4 inch barrels. The 645/ 4506's aren't that tough to find here.

You can't import what you have pictured as it is prohibited. There are 3rd generation S&W pistols here but people tend to hold onto them. What model are you looking for?

There's plenty of 39/59 and looks like more than a few 590X and 400X available. As someone pointed out most of S&W auto's are 12(6).

They show up on the EE from time to time. I've been looking for a 1006 for 2 years, only one has appeared on the EE in that time.
