Does anybody have any insight on buying Rifle Brass on Ebay? Is it legal?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Canada customs could care less. for as long as you pay your GST they are happy. it is a crap shot, however if the brass is caught by US customs you go on their #### list for two years.

I bought 500 45ACP brass from an Ebay seller, they arrived no problem but buddy packed them by wrapping the loose cases with packing tape. The packing tape left a residue in the cases ,after they came out of the tumbler the tape residue became a thick black tar like gunk that had to be scraped off with a knife. Ended up chucking out the works, bummer. Xray

Can someone show us IN WRITING where the US State Department requires an Export Permit for reloading components under $100 value?
