Buying bullets in GTA area

Anybody knows where to buy jacketed bullets or lead cast bullets in GTA areas or at least close to GTA? Lebaron used to be a good source but they have nothing in stock now.

Rick at RandR bullets casts some very nice stuff.
He is on the edge of the mountain in Hamilton.
Take a look, he might have what you are looking for. Tell him Hatman1793 said Hi.

wel a bit further out EPPS is good for reloading stuff and you may walk out with a new gun lol
