Just the 627, if you want a stainless gun. The V-Comp and the TRR8 are carbon steel and Scandium frames, respectively.
I shoot one one for steel challenge. It's a ###y beast

Are the marks in my picture typical, and what causes them?
Cylinder burn marks are typical. The front screw on the rear sight isn't flush with the top straps underside creating a depression where fouling likes to deflect/collect.
P.S. In your picture the revolver just needs to be cleaned/maintained better.

Thank you guys for all your experience and your guidance…
I have done a deal and I’m just trying to post a picture, which is not easy
on this forum… I must be getting old
What did you get?
I would pass on the 627. It hasn't been looked after.....
I'll be monitoring this topic, I started to look for .357s, as the wife (for some unknown reasons, but OK), think we should get one lol!
I'm looking at S&W 686 and Ruger Gp-100. Havenèt looked at second hand, and Ièm afraid, as I own pistols but no revolvers and it seems like extra things that can go wrong, like timing and forcing cone crap....
Beautiful MR73 OP! Congrats! Once you’ve shot an MR73 there’s absolutely no other revolver -besides the Korth Classic Sport- that comes close in terms of handling, trigger & accuracy.
