I just had a quick glance just now JYC, I couldn't see anything we had in the rules on PAL's now that the registry is over.
I'd ask for it and if the buyer didn't want to let me know what his PAL was I probably wouldn't sell him the gun, seems shady. The registry is over but it would still be good to know that your making a legal sale.
