Buying mags from Brownells

S&W has done the same. I inquired about buying some more mags (9 rd) for my model 39 and they wouldn't ship. They said it was under instructions from S&W and just came into effect in October. I think it's to protect their distributors territories.

As others have mentioned Glock branded magazines are a no go.

You can try and order these Magpul 10 rounders. I know they are allowed unless things have very recently changed.

No go. Glock put a restriction on brownells to not sell glock parts to Canadian.

If I owned a Glock pistol I myself would be sending off a Letter to Glock asking them why ? and telling them there is a boat load of Glock owners in Canada . what a joke . all Glock owners should send off an email or hand written letter to Glock asking why ?

You can get Glock magazines in Canada, just not from a US supplier.

If you look in the details, often times you’ll see “not available for export” or “shipping restriction, no foreign sales”.

You’ll see this under all Glock parts, trijicon and a few others.

Magpul is also a no go from Brownells for all their products. Not just mags.

Magpul should be good to go now. Changed over a year ago.

It's all about the exclusive distributor agreements the manufacturer makes with a Canadian distributor.
