Manuals are about the only tyhing I've not bought online - the 3 I use I was able to buy retail.

I want to get a copy of Lyman's 4th and can't seem to find it, and looking online, the shippings costs are as much as, if not more than the cost of the damn book - likely because they are all coming from the US.

Do we have any sponsors that have copies? Or does someone know of a canadian distributor that can get a copy to me at a reasonable cost?

I got ripped once buying a Hornady manual online.
It was shipped by air to CA from USA and was nearly $40.
Apparently they only ship to CA by Air . . . Yeah . . . Right!!!
Buyer beware.

A lot of information is available online . . . Barnes for example.
My two favourites are Sierra and Hornady.

Check Ellwood Epps, one of our sponsors and great people to deal with. 1-705-689-5333 or ellwoodepps.com. Best of luck.

Lyman 49th is available at x-reload...

Just bought it, the Barnes and the Nosler manuals as well as some projectiles and other reloading gear and the experience was fantastic. Shipping was reasonable too, but I was ordering more than just a single manual.

I have bought from X-Reload before, forgoot about them. I'll take a look.

For clarity, I have Lyman's 49th, I'm looking for the 4th cast edition. Thanks for the link, RedApe, that's the one I'm after, and I don't have a preference for hard or soft cover.

I do reference data online, but not while I'm reloading. No computers, etc when I'm down there. I would prefer to have the printed media to keep.

Or you can simply find them online and have them on your computer:

Bunch of reloading manuals posted there.
