If you don’t know what an FFL is you need to do a lot of reading. Do you have an importer?

You gotta get one of the exporters to fax/email their FFL, which is a US Federal Firearms Licence (FFL).
You can't get this delivered directly to you.

I too have used Prophet River to import a handgun I bought on GunBroker (along with 4 other rifles last year).
Would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing likewise.

The export license fee from the US is a flat $250 US, regardless of value or quantity.

Prophet River charges $250.
IRUNGUNS charges $200.
A z tech charges $150.

Anyway to the OP, I did a couple and didn’t need to read the laws in another country. A call to Prophet River in both cases. Seamless.

Next level of feeling adventurous is to buy handgun at US gun show in person and ask US border patrol office on how to legally cross the border.
But yeah, IRG and PR are way to go otherwise, however not everything that is legal here can be exported.
