I am in the market for a restricted rifle. I have a handgun and belong to a handgun club. For restricted rifles like an AR-15 what are the restrictions? If I have to belong to a range, does it have to be a specific AR-15 range approved by the CFO? I Live in Saskatchewan, I've heard that the CFO is easier to deal with than some provinces.

Actually, your handgun membership will allow you to buy and get an STATT, they don't seem to differentiate between restricted handguns and long guns. You should be able to shoot your AR at any range that allows rifle calibers.
