Have some questions about a rifle I inherited, it's a C.I.L. 180, the stock is trashed so I'd like to replace it. Does anyone know the part number for the stock? Also if they're interchangeable I was thinking I'd prefer the 190 stock, can that be done? I know Anschutz built these guns for C.I.L. so also curious if an Anchutz 64 stock could be used & if so what would the part number for that be? Price is of course a concern but getting this rifle back into use is more important to me so any help that anyone can give is greatly appreciated!!

p.s. I've been planning on calling Western Gun Parts but I'd like to have as much info as possible before making the call... :bangHead:

The stocks are interchangeable, the action is the same they are '64s, and the barrels were the same. The stock was much lighter and of different contour, and the rear sights on the 180 were, well flimsy comes to mind. I do not have the stock # but if you check with Champion shooters supplies, or contact NORTH SYLVA, (site sponsor) they should be able to get you on track.
Hope this helps, you can keep me in the loop by PM.
Good search...

Fantastic! Thank you so much for the info & leads!!

Go to a few gunshows and get to know the CIL collectors. Post a few pictures on the Exchange here and tell people what you need. Someone will have an answer.
