I really like my C-more red-dot. Had it for the better part of a year now.
I wound up selling my Eotech 512 and keeping this.
I like the brightness adjustment on the cmore, and wasn't a fan of the "thick bars" that come from looking through an eotech. The cmore feels more like a proper hud-style red dot.
I've never had to replace the batteries, but I understand it's the same as the Aimpoint batteries.
Also, the first two levels are IR reticles for use with night vision:
