Well, if they are riveted (and not a couple little indents on the front and back made at the factory) then that is most certainly your problem. You will need to file down the rivet. I don't recommend just using them until you fix as that rivet can scratch up and mar your mag well pretty quick. Once the rivet is filed down enough (shouldn't take that much) then they should work fine and drop free fine. Usually the Cproducts that are 5 round from the factory are slick and fine. CProducts does make the 5/30 round mag as they are required in some states for hunting. Perhaps Questar got a great deal on some unpinned mags and riveted them up themselves at their US office. 99.9% of the stuff from Questar is perfect, and they usually make sure everything is perfect. None the less, it won't take much work to get those mags working good.
