C42, LTATT, and club membership in ontario (GTA)

The day I heard of the official STATT/Ltatt thing (from my club) I phoned the CFP to add the conditions, whatever they were, I asked to have them added. No problem. As luck would have it, next dayI found a handgun that I'd wanted to duplicate and went and bought it. 5 days waiting for the transfer but at Least I know that all conditions that are available have been added!

No mention of being only within your province? That condition's verbiage seems to imply you could go to any club/range in the country.

I dropped anything that hadn't changed. I expected forum members would be interested exclusively in the changes to the conditions but perhaps I edited too aggressively. There were three parts I left out:

The standard condition section read:
You must inform the Chief Firearms Officer of your province or territory within thirty days of any change to your name or address.

The first line reads of the special conditions section reads:

These license conditions authorize the transport of restricted and/or prohibited firearms registered to the license holder within their province of residence by the most direct route possible for the specific indicated purposes...

I had been put on the Ontario reprint list on Sept 1st. I just called the 4000 number since I had some time to see if the conditions had been added to my file. I have my first restricted in the mail to me and was curious if I could just go pick I up from the post office when it arrives.
The lady informed me that it wasn't as the transfer took place before the second. I told her I was on the reprint list and was just curious if it showed the conditions on my file yet. She informed me that a reprint wouldn't add the conditions to my licence only a new transfer or renewal. So I asked for a transfer to the Ontario CFO's office, which went to voice mail.

I'll just wait till the restricted is at the post office before I inquire further. Seems like no one knows the real plan yet!

Just an update, I missed the delivery of my restricted today. I called the Ont CFO office and talked to Cheryl. I ended up having to get a STATT because the new conditions weren't on my file yet. She assured me she would double check and ensure that I was on the next reprint batch. The next reprints would be done by the 18th and if I didn't get my card by then the new conditions would be already attached to my card. No talk of club member ship, or only 5 of the conditions or anything.

I'll be sure to call before I go to a club that accepts guests, but sounds very promising.
 
I was told by my club president that my LTATT is still to be used and the Cfos and RCMP are fighting and playing with the AT&T to keep it. I was under the understandinif you had an rpal the art would be gone! But apparently not! My president said the conservatives are leaving it alone right now since obviously we're in an election
 
Looking like business as usual. 7 days and even with the 'addition of all conditions' to my licence the transfer has yet to go through. No STATT means nothing when the CFO does whatever it wants AT ITS OWN PACE in regard to transfers. Will I have to get a STATT? Don't know and right now, don't care. Nothing is faster, same old status quo as far as I'm concerned.
