C7 A2 at Calgary Shooting Center

I went to the Calgary Shooting Center for the first time on a visit to Calgary last week and was surprised to see a C7 A2 in a display case. It looked genuine. Anyone know the story behind this rifle being at the store? If genuine, how does one aquire this?

Its a replica, reproduction, it is not a gov issued rifle.

You can get pretty close with a Stag 20 inch, and a whole bunch of parts, but frankly you're better off going with the Stag and a few well selected parts (like skip the tri rail, use a decent ambi control set, get something other than an Elcan)
