Diemarco. Are they the latest rendition of Colt Canada?

Dimaco was a Canadian company that manufactured the C7 & C9 and variants, they were bought out by Colt a few years ago.

I had a tour of the Diamaco manufacturing facility a few years ago. At that time they were making a batch of C8s for the UK.

The joke that sailed over your head is that it was Diemaco, not Dimaco, or Diamaco (as you have called it) or Diemarco as the OP called it.

Indeed. Although, I could think of worse owners...

Nonetheless, Diemaco was like a national icon within the Canadian military industrial complex. Or at least it was amongst many of it's patrons.

I think I remember reading years ago that government put a lot of capitol into that factory.
