CA Crypto Optic

Good day all

I will be receiving my Crypto soon and am looking for an Optic.
Looking to not spend too much ($300 pre tax max).
I want it for a 100m max range.
Looking for magnification, not red dot ( I have a Prism already [Vortex Spitfire] and don't want to just add a magnifier).

Looking for some suggestions, preferably some place that takes Military discount and/or Native Tax except.

Thanks in advance
Im goin vortex crossfire red dot plus micro 3x vortex magnifier, 650 total

Lpvo vortex 1x-6x strike eagle

I'd be checking out the vortex Venom 1-6. Fraction of the price, better glass and my bet is it was made to replace the over priced Strike eagle.

Again the Vecop4ics S6 has even cleaner glass than either of these at a $220 price tag.

A magnifier is a creative solution to a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.

But it looks cool.

I agree with you. I had an early Vortex Strikefire which came standard with the magnifier, never used it. Now they found a way to make extra money by selling it separately. The aimpoint with a magnifier is almost $2K, I take my hat off at such marketing geniality.

Well ... about 10 days to receive: total cost 250.06 CAD!

Price point is great! Quality is excellent; especially for 250.06 CAD. The lens caps are ####e ... comes with about a 2" lens shade and a honeycomb lens screw cover and 34mm rings.

Good reticle with aiming points FFP 1-8. Yes - you need to zoom up to let's say 3x power for me to fully see the full reticle aiming points, but at 1x you can clearly see the horseshoe. Lenses are very clear. The turrets are easy to use. It just works well, and illumination is good.

We shall C how it holds up now ... It will be abused.

I'm sure they will go up in price... but they are very worth it now at 250.06 CAD!

This is going on my Bison 5.56/223.
