CAA MDK folding stock issue?

I recently purchased a CAA MDK for my G17...looks great, feels great, can't wait to take it to the range. But, just curious if others have this issue with the folding stock. When folding and "locked" it really isn't secured or locked as when I move or handle the pistol...the stock swings open. Is this normal or is mine detective? No issues when fully extended which does lock into place securely.

Thanks medvedqc...sounds like mine might be defective then....guess I'll try the vendor where I purchased for a replacement.
