Particularly if one's memory dates back to when SIR was in the basement at Polo Park. It seems that each time they move, their quality of customer service drops; from Polo Park to Burroughs, to Empress, to their present location and new sign on Ellice. They don't get much of my money anymore. The top of the page has better folks to deal with.
