Cabelas is coming to Canada

They don't accept Cabela's gift certificates? so why call it Cabela's.

As a matter of fact, I asked that question yesterday, as well as why they don't give you the cabela's points either..... response was their not on line with the american network, so they can't verify gift certs or points.

ummm guys, terry robinson has already announced that the old sir mailorder here in winnipeg is the canadian headquarters of cabela's. My trucking company is bringing in trailer loads of stock to them. Montreal is their 2nd location.

if you go to cabela's website, montreal location no longer on their new openings and has been taken off as of jan 08' with no explination. bass pro does have the lake mirabel on theirs.

i had read somewhere that cabela's has put some of their new stores on hold decause of finacial reasons and plan on focusing on established stores. can't for the life of me remember where i read it?

To add to the discussion, are Cabela's ammunition products now available in Canada because of this "so-called" Canadian Cabela's location?
