Text calls it a " Krotos Rifle Scope ", that might be a good clue as to its OEM / rebranding.

No detail on the reticle design.

yeah the specs on them look pretty good. i have reached out to Cabelas to get on for review in interested in seeing what they are bringing to the table

At $1099 +taxes I think I'd be looking at other options. I got a "used" but never even mounted Vortex Viper pst gen 2 5-25x50 for $1200

Someone mentioned, correct me if I'm wrong, that Cabelas only has a 90 day warranty. Enough to make me say 'Pass'.

I looked at a Cabelas Covenant scope for a 22lr and was told 90 days for warranty. I am pretty sure every other company is lifetime at this point. It would make little sense to buy one even if it was a good deal on sale

Considering Brownells just brought a precision rifle scope that is well made and getting great reviews on the Hide for $999 US, the Cabelas scope seems like a kick in the behind.

Doubt the Brownells will be offered in Canada, but just for comparison.

I've got a FFP covenant on a 22-250...info. says lifetime warranty...used it once already, elevation dial quit elevating...
