What do people think of the Tactical multi turret scopes from Cabelas? you can put turrets in for cal/ bullet wieght. Thinking of getting one. Your thoughts?

Good entry level scope. I have one on my 16" AR and use it quite a bit. It came with 4 (I think???) discs for various weight bullets of that caliber. I like it. It's clear and easy to use and maintains zero after adjusting and returning to zero'ed range. Like I said... for the money it is a good buy.

Regards,

I have two and both function flawlessly. Both are a couple years old. The 6-18 on my .270 has seen a few hundred rounds, plenty of dialing up and down for long range, and a good knock on the floor and has never lost zero. The 3-12 on my .22 is a little clearer at max power than the 6-18. A buddy had a 3-9X for a few months until he picked it up one day and couldn't see through it. Cabela's refunded/credited him for it no problem.

AFAIC they're better than Tasco or Falcon, and for the money you can't go wrong. You might also want to consider one of the low end Vortex scopes like the Crossfire or Diamondback.
