We were gonna get one years ago in Mirabel Qc. It was going to be their great big expansion north, never happened. They went the cheep route and merged....read bought out.....SIR in Winterpeg. Believe it when you see the sign written "OPEN" hanging in the window.
God, even if they f'n screwed it up out west, it would be way better than what is in wpg, the stock sucks, phone people are rude ex 7-11 employees, Most of the guys at the gun counter, I swear, have been relocated from the old CFC, when I think about it maybe some of the girls there knew more, or could at least read the screen!! They don't know crap and try to sell ya what they got in hands reach, like a one eye used car salesman! Some might have outdoors time, but they suck at customer service, and product knowledge, Thank God Guns Sell Themselves, due to customer knowledge and manufactor rep!!!
I am excited. This store is being built from scratch, in Wiinipeg they bought an old tired company, SIR.
Bad experiences guys have had with the Winnipeg store hopefully are growing pains.

I agree they got an old tired store. I hope they do a bang up job in Edmonton. They are still way better than WSS in the mail order department. Orderd from cabelas on the 26 in my hands on the 29. WSS still wouldn't have shipped the order yet.
I DO support my local guys when I can but a 50 dollar price difference even after shipping was included is too much for me.
I just ordered 3 Bushnell 8.0 Trail Cameras from them. Their price was excellent, the best I found, the product was in stock, and dammit I got a shipping notice from them that they'd already shipped 'em. I'll have them inside a week.
