just an FYI cabellas has there covenant scopes on sale. very good scope for the money in my opinion. im running a couple of them . one is getting beatup on an M14 and so far so good
 
How do you find the tracking of the turrets? I have a SFP model and I really like it but want to get the FFP to put on my Ruger precision rifle while I shop around for the perfect “forever” scope for it. I want to practice my dialling though and need something that tracks true. I’m kind of stuck between the covenant and the vortex diamondback tactical 6-24x50
 
I really like the ones I have tracking is great im not a FFP fan for what I do with the rifles so cant say anything about them. ive got 4-500 rounds through a M14 with one on it and its still going strong
 
I've got a FFP 6-24 covenant...it was ok until the elevation turret decided to go on holidays. Oh well! :(
 
I too have a FFP 6-24 Covenant, great scope, I use it to practise PRS style shooting with my rimfire Savage Mk II. I dial it a lot to get the 22 RF to 250 yards. I shoot thousands of rounds a season and have zero complaints.
 
well mounted this one up on a stag 10 and shot it in . then to the river. pounded 120 rounds of norc copper wash through it. scope all happy just like its owner

I just took my covenant in for exchange...went smooth and they gave me 5.00 back because they are cheaper now.
 
If anyone is looking at Cabela's they also have the vortex viper 4-16x44 on sale rate now for pretty cheap. Iv considered the covenant a couple times now when it's on sale but I'm a cheapass and sadly just bought a ar so nether of the two scopes are in the budget sadly.
