I have Caldwell fire control shooting rest that has been hanging in my shooting house for a bunch of years. I have seen other people use it but I never have. Some one was using it yesterday .again I was not impressed. but may not have anything to do with the rest. Would like some opinion's as to using this rest or regular pedestal with sand bags. I have always went with the sand bags ,but maybe I should be more open minded. Thanks
