Hello all. Ive been lurking for a little while now and thought an into was a little overdue.

Late last year, a friend took me to the shooting edge where after a couple hours and couple hundred $$$ later, I'm hooked. I cant wait to get something of my own to shoot. :D

I shot many bricks of .22 when i was a teen (always a friends as there was no guns in the house - religion.. not politics.. definitely not lib) and the shooting edge brought that back for me.. more then 10 years later.

Ive been impatiently waiting for my RPAL since i sent i off in early March. Reference were called a week and a half ago, and i was called last week. I hope it doesn't take too much longer. Interesting line of questions they ask though...

Nice site. stumbled across it when i saw a guy in a casino with a CGN tshirt on. Didn't get a chance to talk to him, but here i am. Thanks whoever that was.

If you're at the Edge and there's a blue go-cart out front chances are I'm in the back pretending to be a good shot. lol

If a red Charger is parked close to the Blue Box, I'll be inside pretending I know what I'm talking about and watching Backwoods make me look bad.

Do yourself a favor and make sure the CFO has got it from the CFC and are planning on processing it sometime soon. Talk to Evelyn at the Alberta CFO and confirm the status of your app....

Welcome. If Action shooting is something you'd like to try, the ATHL is a great place to try it. We shoot IDPA rules, and have a great time.

If you notice a beat up old white mini van smashed into the go-kart and charger with cops standing around and a few ambulances, that's me.

I've got $1M worth of PL - PD that I have every intention of using sometime soon. :)

I just looked up the Alberta CFO number (1-800-731-4000) and i will call tomorrow morning, thanks.

I just checked out the ATHL site and I'm interested. Thanks for the info.
