Calgary Canada Post??

Almost 4WEEKS now and still no tracking update from Calgary CP and STILL no gun delivery. This is so ridiculous I don’t even know what to say about it. Complete negligence.

Last fall I was waiting on a gun to be delivered. The tracking number showed the delivery date was going to be December, 1969!

I just had a rifle sent from Calgary. It sat in the depot there for 3 weeks until the guy who shipped it opened a trouble ticket. That seems to have got it moving, as I received it about a week later.

I’ve contacted Calgary Shooting Centre and asked them to do just that. That was 2 days ago and no response from them yet.

Canada Post took several days to respond to the ticket, in my case.

What's up with Calgary Canada Post? I got a parcel that was processed on May 30th and still no movement until today.

I ordered a rifle from Calgary Shooting Centre and the rifle was picked up by Canada Post last Monday (11th) and it STILL does not show any movement/transactions at the Calgary Post Office. I know it’s at the Calgary Canada Post location as the one transaction is there and says received/processing. 8 days with no movement/activity is ridiculous... does anyone know what’s going on over there?

I had a rifle shipped from Edmonton to Toronto. Received by CP on the 20th and the next update was "item processed, Missisauga" almost three weeks later. I can totally feel your pain.

I'm waiting for an Expedited parcel sent on May 22, I checked with Canada Post chat line and they said it's delayed in Toronto, could be up to 21 days they said. I should have requested Can Par, they are a lot faster.

Get them to start one now - shipper has to do it. CP will brush you off as the receiver.

I am not a fan boy for canada post but just wanted to relate my latest experience. I bought a scope from a fellow Gun Nutter in Calgary on May 28th. He took it to the post office on May 29th and I got it in a small town outside of Winnipeg on June 4th, sure can`t complain about that.

Have you called your CC Company (assuming you have purchase protection plan) and asked them for assistance?
You bought merchandise with their product and likely they have some for of insurance.
I know, typical response from me, but thats the chain I would be following.

Item Shipped on 1 Jun from Alberta, Scanned 4 Jun in Edmonton, Sanneed Jun 7 in Montreal, was schd for delivery on friday 12 Jun. Website now say Date pending for delivery. Yet I ordered parts from the US on 4 Jun and they arrived today. Last thursday I ordered something on Amazon and it was delivered on sat (less than 48 hrs). Not to start the conspiracy theory but seems a lot a of people are getting delays on rifle /shotgun shipment, are the delays on purpose?

Ive got a pkg sitting in Calgary for over a week now. NB seems to be a bottle neck also. I suspect itll sit in dieppe for a week also.

Update: on 17 jun my parcel was re check in Montreal and now says item processed once again
