Can anyone recommend a gunsmith that could repair a Ruger Redhawk in the Calgary area? Last night I was dry firing the revolver and I believe something related to the mainspring broke. The hammer can be cocked, but there is no tension and the hammer won't release properly. I bought the gun last April so it would still be covered under warranty, but I would prefer to pay to repair it locally rather than send it away and wait for it. I'm really not that familiar with it and wouldn't feel confident enough to disassemble it myself.
If anyone could recommend someone in the Calgary area who could look at this for me I would really appreciate it.
