Due to COVID19 limitations, SCI Calgary announces that it is postponing its annual fundraising dinner and auction planned for January 2021. The current limits on gathering sizes imposed by Alberta Health Services do not allow for a successful event.
Likewise, the Calgary International Hunting Expo (CIHX) held simultaneously with the SCI dinner will also be postponed. If conditions change, we will consider having the dinner and auction at a subsequent time in 2021. We have tentatively set January 14/15, 2022, for the fundraising dinner and CIHX.
We encourage members regularly to contact our website and support all the outfitters and donors backing SCI Calgary. The future of ethical hunting and animal conservation depends on the strong voice of SCI Calgary.
